The room is modern, light and very spacious, it has a walk through wardrobe and large ensuite with double basin and a private balcony overlooking the garden and creek.
It is fully furnished with a Queen sized bed, and bedding (can get 2 single beds if friend share) bedside tables, desk, chair, and lamps.
The rent is $300 a week, All Bills are included, Electricity, Gas, and High speed wireless Internet
Bond is 2 weeks rent
The house a large two story modern home, with 2 lounge rooms, dining room, huge fully equipped kitchen, laundry and veranda to share.
Also a beautiful tropical garden with creek and jetty and BBQ area for everyone's use.
We are a friendly and fun share house, but also respect everyone's privacy, space and quiet time.
The household is of mixed nationalities,we like to learn about new cultures, foods, and go on outings together :)
