2 different rooms available, different in price as different in size and larger one has ensuite access and french door access to a courtyard also. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished, Not sure whether want to live with one or two others, will depend on people but rooms not close together and house is huge, so privacy can be achieved regardless. All modern ammenities, heating/cooling, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, storage room, rain water tank, bbq, webber, safe etc etc. Normal people need only reply :)
NO pets, kids or couples, sorry.
One car park available & plenty of off-street parking & storage space also available. Can also show the right person round!!
