We are a fun loving couple seeking one room mate or possibly two to share costs with us while we are living in Newcastle. Ideally we would like someone who is single, non-smoker and likes to have fun, but is also considerate of the fact we work some strange shifts, so sometimes quiet is appreciated. We are just moving into this house, but looking to turn it into our home. We would appreciate someone who is house-trained, as we have had bad experiences with roommates who didnt know how to clean up after themselves. Price on the rooms is negotiable should the right tenant present. The house is an older style, and does need some renovation, which we will be doing as we can afford. We are nature friendly, and looking for someone who is of a like mind. Also, please note, we are environmentally conscious. We would prefer someone who is like minded.
