Preferred room and flatmate description

I have one room available in a spacious, fourth floor apartment with lift access and ocean views located on Cliff road in North Wollongong. You would be sharing with myself. I am a female, active in a range of sports and am sociable.

The available room has built in wardrobes and you would have access to your own bathroom. Your room is unfurnished, the remainder of the apartment is mostly furnished with room available to accommodate more furniture. There is also an amount of storage space. There is a separate laundry in the apartment with washing machine and dryer. You would have access to a secure, undercover car parking space.

The apartment is centrally located in North Wollongong. Wollongong city centre and North Wollongong train station are both approximately a 10 minute walk. The free city shuttle bus and regular bus stop is located within a one minute walk from the apartment.

Rent and bills are split evenly with your share of the rent to be $220 paid weekly. The room is available from 5 November but this is flexible and can be negotiated to be available either earlier or later.
