Preferred room and flatmate description

I am moving from Wollongong to my home town over summer as Uni has finished. I live with two other clean and tidy, easy going 21 y.o. male students who will be doing work experience for the majority of the summer. Our lease runs out on the 30/1/2010 but may be renewed for another 12 months. A bond of $640 will have to be put down on the apartment which you will get back when the lease runs out. This place is amazing! It has a massive balcony, massive lounge room (filled with a massive lounge), a massive bathroom (that you'll have to share with one of the other housemates) and you get a massive room. I fit a double bed, a desk and a small bookshelf comfortably in my room. All you have to do is fill the room and the rest of the apartment is taken care of. You also have access to the roof that has awesome views and clotheslines. We are located 5 min walk to North Wollongong beach and North Gong pub, 15min walk to CBD and 30min walk to uni, but there is a free shuttle bus that runs all round Wollongong, so you can get anywhere in about 5-10mins.
