We have 4 fully furnished bedrooms plus ensuites available in a large house in Oakden. The main areas are open plan with two living areas, dining, gas stove kitchen, plenty of inbuilt cupboards, high ceilings. low maintenence garden managed by the caretaker.
We prefer singles, professionals, friendly, educated and students.
Small outdoor pets may be allowed.

Rent for single person $150 includes electricity, water and gas. Each bedroom has bathroom.
