We have a spacious room to rent. 3bedroom, 2 bathroom, spacious townhouse in Oatlands, close to Parramatta. There is a bus stop just at the end of the road and an easy walk to the UWS parramatta campus.
We are renting out one of the spare rooms- great size with single bed already and built in wardrobes.
$200 including utility bills (reasonable usage).
The room is available now up until the end of Nov 2012.
We do have a cat so you do need to like animals. Also need to be tidy, respectful and clean.
