We live on acreage, but just three minutes to the M1, so you get rural lifestyle with city benefits. Brisbane is a 35 minute drive and the Gold Coast a 30 minute drive. We have two local shopping centres just 2-3 minutes drive away and two bus stops right outside our home. Train stations are 10 minutes drive away and major shopping centres such as the Hyperdome and Westfield Helensvale only 10-15 minutes away. Our home is a very large two story home with 6 bedrooms, three living areas, rumpus room, three toilets and swimming pool. The room available is located upstairs where there is a toilet right next to the room, there is a living room upstairs which is hardly used so you can almost be completely private if you would like. The bedroom is of good size with built in rooms with a modern style to it. There is an air conditioner in the room as well. We have a swimming pool and plenty of yard space.
