Preferred room and flatmate description

I’ve just bought my first home and looking for some nice people to share it with. It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story townhouse, located in Oxenford - only a few minutes to the highway, Helensvale Town Centre, Helensvale train station, and walking distance to bus stops and a convenience store. It's in a small complex with views to watch the beautiful sunset, and catch the breeze - very peaceful. Since I moved in I have been renovating, so there’s new floors throughout downstairs and freshly painted. The living areas and kitchen are spacious, and you'll have a large bathroom shared with one other. There’s also a 3rd toilet downstairs. I’ve just been converting the double garage into my studio which will also double as another TV room.

About me: I'm not the partying type. I work full time and am also studying so I'm very busy and keep to myself. I’m very easy going and respectful of people’s privacy, but people also find me to be a ball of fun and great company.

I also have a 2 year old Labrador, and 10 year old cat living there so it wouldn’t be suitable for anybody who is allergic. (They are both very quiet and well trained.)

If you’re looking for somewhere relaxing to call home after a long days work, are reasonably tidy, trustworthy, independent and don’t mind my pets, then I would love to hear from you!

(There are two bedrooms available. I’m also open to the option of just having one person move in who wanted another room for their own office, a bathroom to themselves, and a generally quieter home, but are willing to negotiate a higher rent.)
