We have two rooms available, a single and a double or a twin . The house is well located, close to the city with all amenities at hand, so well suited for overseas students, single profesionals without a vehicle and longer stay travellers.
This traditional Queenslander is fully furnished and has everything you need away from home. It has undercover verandas, lovely backyard and privacy, and it is virtually in the city.
Public transport is few meters away or you can walk into the city in 10-15 min. Night clubs; cinemas; restaurants as well as the supermarkets are within walking distance. KG QUT and Garden point are close.
Rooms are lockable and are fully furnished and include a bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, all bed-linen with new pillow, wardrobe, coat-hangers, dirty laundry basket, curtains and blinds, large wall mirror and original art work . Every room also has a study desk and chair, spare power points and for relaxation there is a bean bag, floor rug and a TV.
Share areas include all living areas consisting of undercover verandas, lounge and living area, bathroom, Wc , laundry and the kitchen. All dishes, cooking appliances and utensils are provided. The house is fully decked out, relaxing and comfortable.
Wireless internet access is available at $10pw per person and all other bills are included. Weekly rate for a single room is $190 and for a double or tween share $250
