The larger double room is $120 per week and the single room is $100 per week.
Owner lives in home full time.
One boarder lives in the house 10/14 days.
One boarder only stays 2/14 days.
We look out for one another, but respect each others privacy. Pride is taken when cleaning the home but not in pedantic excess. We drink in moderation and do not smoke. The home is visitor friendly, have the occasional get together but far from a party house.
There is one off road car park left. The house is 3.4km from Tea Tree Plaza, about the same to Ingle Farm, approximately 5 min drive to Mawson Lakes and 15 min drive to city. The house is 100m away from public transport where buses not only come regularly but there is o barn assess to the city.
We have a small veggie patch, herb garden and get eggs from our spacious, clean chook coupe. Chook friendly pets are welcome (chooks are always in the coupe so most dogs and cats are open for negotiation). The back area is well fenced for pets but there is not heaps of grass. Much prefer animals outside to inside.
Bills are a minimum of $20 per week - $15 per week for gas and electricity. $5 per week for water and home phone line with some free calls. Internet is an extra $5 per week if required. The internet is fiber optic wireless cable and is extremely fast - 30 bites per second. As mentioned, the house has gas, a water filter, gas heating and numerous air-conditioning ducts. We enjoy using the heating and cooling regularly and do not stress over power bills.
Those eligible for rent assistance should be pleased to know the following; Due to the way I have set up the house, those eligible can apply for the single rent assistance rate not the shared rate. This potentially would give you an extra $40 per fortnight compared to other standard share arrangements. Feel free to ask me about this.
