Kitchen has a sort of breakfast bar opening into long dining/lounge - with polished floors - opening onto long balcony facing the sea opposite trailer club area. Breezes!!!
Outside laundry in undercover carport, good amount of hanging space.
Secure secluded place. There are a few different spaces to hang out.
Bit limited on general storage space - but some more furniture can overcome that (I'm working on it).

Sharing a place works well when there is an appreciation that each needs to have their own space but get along well enough to enjoy each others company.
