I have 2 rooms available located in parkinson.
$180 per week includes the use of foxtel, fridge, washing maching. electricity will just be split when bill arrives.
Garage spots are used but room on driveway, plus live in a quiet culdasac so can park on the road. 5 min walk to bus on algester rd.
there are 3 rooms to choose from and there is another lounge area not being used to can always set ur own tv up in that area if u like. bathroom is to be shared with 1 other person.
At the moment its just me and my mate living in the house. we are 22yrs n 23 yrs n both males. we both work full time as sparkys. normally busy either working at gym, soccer, or out on the weekends. very easy going guys looking for similar sorta roommate. PREFERABLY a GIRL as they are generally more clean but we dont mind if a guy wants to move in either. we are both clean ppl.
