Lovely room available for short term (long term negotiable). Happy to have someone stay for couple of weeks until they familiarize themselves with Brisbane area and decide on the area most suitable to their needs.Public transport close by. Leafy area with lake and lots of trees and native fauna and flora. Spacious house allowing privacy when required. Very quiet area, modern kitchen, separate powder room, toilet and bathroom in one part of the house, two other bedrooms with private bathrooms, one study. One formal lounge and dining room, one rumpus combined with non formal dining room and kitchen, and one media room. Patios all around the house. And a lovely swimming pool to laze by with a cool drink in summer. We are used to having overseas students and are well travelled. Happy to give you orientation tour of the area.
