Looking for a new house mate from 14th of April 2012 to take the fourth room of the property we are currently renting on the Southside of Brisbane.
The property itself is a very spacious two story with a pool, decently size backyard, patio with bbq and outdoor setting. The main living areas are all fully furnished and with appliances. The gaming room even has a billiard table. There are two bathrooms, one of which is shared by the fourth room and another two rooms. The fourth room itself doesn't have any furniture and is up to you. We also have ADSL2+ internet and cable TV installed.
Currently we have three of us males in the house all aged between 21-23yo with full time, Mon-Fri 9-5 jobs.
We aren't too fused on monthly or weekly rent payments. Rent per week would be $167 or $725 per month as advertised.
We recently moved in ourselves and are still gauging the utilities expenses. We estimate about $150 per month or $35 per week for electricity, water, cable TV, ADSL2+ internet, pool maintenance and contents insurance.
We are extremely close to bus services and supermarkets with large shopping districts not too much further. Some quick examples are below:
* Drive to City - 25mins
* Drive to Airport - 30mins
* Drive to Main Beach - 45mins
* Drive to Supermarket - 5mins
* Walk to Bus Stop for Routes 13x, - 10mins
* Walk to Bus Stop for Routes 14x, 15x - 10mins
* Walk to Supermarket - 15mins
