Hey, I'm Brenton I have a room available for rent. We're looking for someone who will be a great addition to the house. And someone who is looking to stay 6 months or more, student or professionals doesn't matter. The house is fully furnished but the room is not.
Living in the house at the moment is me and my brother. I study at Griffith (Graphic Design) and work part time and my brother works full time. We also have a dog and a cat.
Rent is $160/week which includes internet, power and water. There is also a bond of 2 weeks rent.
