I own a share house just for students at Parkwood which is 10 minute walk to Griffith Uni & on the bus line to Southport & Helensvale. We only take students as recognise the need for quiet study environment.
It is a large house with 3 bathrooms & 3 toilets so lots of room & facilities. All bedrooms are lockable & are fully furnished including, b/i wardrobe, large desk, comfortable chair & internet, sheets, towels & bedding
There are 2 large rooms with a double beds at $165 a week (if 1 person & $195 if a couple) but it does not have own bathroom so you would be sharing with 2 others.
The MASTER room with queen bed & own bathroom for $195 (if one person) & $220 if a couple
AND single rooms at $140 a week.
Everything is included at no extra cost ie: internet, electricity, water, all bed linen. We provide everything to make this your home away from home.
Fully set up kitchen with all cooking utensils, woks, rice cookers, frypans, everything you need,
2 cooktops, microwave, dishwasher & 2 giant fridges, dining/loungeroom with 3 double lounges/laundry & outside entertainment/smoking area with BBQ
Cleaner comes weekly to clean common areas.
Its a very comfortable home, purpose designed, just for students.
