Single furnished sunny room in a quite, leafy location next to Parramatta ferries.
My name is Khurshid and I am a relaxed and easy going person who generally gets along with everyone. I have lived in share houses for many years and have never had any problems. I generally like the house to be clean and tidy but am not obsessed as I believe there are better things to do with my time than make the house spotless!
I am quite sociable but also appreciate that in a share house everyone needs there own space :).
I am a lawyer by profession and work for the government.
Even though I am a smoker, I am happy not to smoke inside the flat if my flatmate happen to be a non-smoker. I have done this before. :)
You get your own chair, table, book-shelf, mattress, quilt and pillows. The room is 3 X 2.6 meters ( 9.8 X 8.5 feet) and has a east facing window. The view from the window is leafy.
9 minutes walk to the train / bus station and Westfield shopping centre. 15 minutes walk to the University of Western Sydney. Sydney city is 30 minutes by train from the train station.
The building has coin operated laundries, which I find very convenient. $2 per wash and $1.20 per dry cycle.
There is no minimum stay requirement but no pets please.
The room would suit a student perfectly as I like it to be quiet and peaceful inside the apartment.
My reason for preferring female flatmates is that, in my experience, I have found female flatmates to be quieter, easier to get along with and tidier. Hope this takes care of any potential for misunderstanding. :)
