Hi Guys

I am an owner occupier with a room available in a clean modern appartment. My home is where I come to relax so I am looking for a bit of fellow clean freak who can be trusted to look after the place like it was their own. I am otherwise very easy going and easy to be around, dont mind a drink or 5 or a chat over a meal but that is optional as I respect privacy.

The complex has a pool and lift and is an 10 min easy walk (no hills LOL) to Parramatta station and less than 5 to Church Street's pubs, Restaurants and more or less Coles is across the road.

I am a food lover particularly Asian cuisine so if you are into that you have found your place! Would prefer to meet for a coffee/beer and then show you the place.

PS - I am not a "THIS IS MY PLACE" Hitler type and rent is neg but once its locked in it has to be paid on time as I have a mortage to pay.
