We are a young, easy going, married professional couple. The house is a 4 bedroom house on Kawana Island, who have one bedroom available for rent.
We love the beach, are laid back and pretty chilled.
The room situated near the front of the house is large and comes furnished with a queen bed, 2 bedside tables and a tall boy dresser.
We also have a spare TV cabinet and desk which we can put in the room if desired. The room also contains built in wardrobes so there is plenty of room.
We also have a very large bedroom (can fit double bed, lounge & tv) available for rent, furnished!
We have 2 very large but friendly dogs and 2 cats so you really need to be an animal lover. We also have 2 children every second weekend.
Apart from the weekend we have the kids; you will pretty much have a bathroom to yourself.
You also have access to the rest of the house which includes a large kitchen, a roomy backyard (hopefully containing a pool in the near future), a lounge room and separate media room.
The room would be well suited to international students and we would be open if two students wanted to share the room, but we really don't mind who is interested.
The house itself is located:
1. approx 500 m from Kawana Island shops and double bay beach;
2. approx 4km from Kawana Shopping Centre
3. approx 3km from the beach
4. approx 14km from Sunshine Plaza
5. approx 7.5km from Sunshine Coast uni.
There are bus stops on Kawana Island.
