Hi All, we are looking for a 3rd person to join our house, Located in Pascoe Vale close to Sydney road and Public Transport. Ample street parking available with no permit required. Our house has polished floor boards through out and plenty of natural light. A cute but decent size courtyard.
Open kitchen and furnished living area. The bedroom on offer is the master, can fit queen bed, chesterdraws and bed size table with ease, walk in wardrobe & Ensuite.
We are looking for someone clean, respectful, pays bills on time and wanting to be social not just a bedroom bee!! Rent is due on the 20th of each month.
Bills are split evenly between all 3 of us and are pretty low each month from recent history.
