Hi my name is Jenny and I have a room to rent in a large house at Caloundra. It is a peaceful street, and about a 10 minute walk to Pumistone Passage and is also close to a shopping centre. A double bedroom is available, with two single beds. The bathroom and toilet area would be shared with another female. The other living areas, office and outdoor areas are shared.
Both housemates are fairly busy during the week and not always at home on the week-ends. It is a peaceful and relaxed household and privacy is respected. I would prefer an age-group from 25 to 55 years. Look forward to hearing from you.
