The house has two separate living areas, shared kitchen, shared laundry (Washing Machine & Dryer). Heating is gas / Aircon is via split systems in the main living area / Within rooms are ceiling fans.
I am 28yr old professional male working for an engineering company with project based work hence I will sometimes be working onsite. I am a fairly easy going, neat & tidy person so the house is kept clean. Also I have a 6yr old kelpie dog that is restricted to the laundry / outside during the day & nighttime but is let inside to certain areas when I am home.
