Preferred room and flatmate description

Hello

We are looking for an easygoing professionals, working travellers or student to share accommodation aged 20 - 33 years. Ability to clean up yourself a must :) Existing housemates are easygoing, considerate of others, it is a large house with plenty of room. I am a professional working in the city and studying my Masters part time.

A room will be available for $150/week including bills from 20 June, fully furnished including queen sized bed. Wireless internet provided.

A second large room (fully furnished with desk and queen sized bed, desk, cupboard and tv) will be available 2 - 4 weeks. This will be $160 per week including all bills.

Bus stop to the city is around 100m from front door and it is about a 5 minute drive to the city. No car would be preferable, but car is ok.
