I am a 28 Mature Male currently living in south-perth & sharing with another Lady.My housemate is moving out in 1 week time and i need a place.I work full-time,sometimes 6 days a week.
I am pretty clean & tidy and relatively quiet,love a bit of music but not over the top.i don`t mind sharing cooking and sharing house work.
I am an out- going guy,always up for a chat and meeting new people.I like to go out every now and then for a drink with my mates,lounge bar type of thing.I don`t smoke,don`t do drugs and i don`t host wild parties,but i do love party and enjoying life as much as i can.
What am looking for, is someone fun with a good sense of humour,mature,neat & tidy ,who wouldn`t mind sharing a few drinks and may be meals every now and then and with whom i can get along as a friend.Looking for an adult living environment basically.I am a very decent guy and i can provide references if needed.
