Social guy looking for a room for long term stay. Prefer social/friendly place close to everything, well most things within reason. I am clean and tidy, quiet when its needed. I cook, clean, and never miss rent. My interests include everything from cosmology to molecular biology, live bands to meditation, snorkelling to watching a movie.
I prefer a place close to work at Osborne Park but will consider almost anywhere in the metro area.
