Preferred room and flatmate description

Prefer someone reliable and self-reliant. Easy going and friendly comfortable hills house with a large back yard / bush setting perfect for BBQ’s. Fun professionals that enjoy music, good food, and relaxing on the weekends. Quiet and attractive neighbourhood. Cost includes utilities but not phone. (energy wise is good). The double room has its own balcony. Prefer no pets as it might upset the bandicoots and birdlife but would consider a well behaved pet. Most things are available in Kalamunda – 5 min away.
