Hi I'm 27 and am a fulltime professional. I'm looking for a room North of the River not too far from the city. I have a car so need a space for parking. I also have a bedroom suite so need an unfurnished room with a built in robe. I'm very clean, house trained and easy going. I am born and bred in Perth and am looking for a new place to call home with like-minded housemate/s who don't mind sharing a laugh every now and then :) I work Mon-Fri and normally am pretty busy weeknights and weekends either gyming or catching up with friends but also enjoy a few quiet nights a week at home, and am not a party animal.
