Hey guys, i'd like to extend this opportunity for you to live in this nice 2 storey house situated in a nice enough suburb, close to shops. We probably have one of the nicest houses on the street, 5 bedroom 2 bathroom, 2 separete living areas, nice kitchen, automatic irrigation with lawn maintenance all taken care of. I guess what we're trying to say is; come on, live life how it should be lived, virtually care free, we only expect that you pay rent on time, and help out with cleaning duties. Electricity is usually pretty cheap even with split systems through out the whole house. So, about us, well, we are pretty relaxed easy going, social, one is a shift worker, the other is just regular hours, we get along fine and you should be able to as well.
