Looking for a flatmate to share in my 2br apartment in Randwick/ Clovelly area.
Situated in a quiet, leafy street, apartment is spacious with a large balcony off the lounge and internal laundry.
Spare bedroom is large and has a big window so gets a lot of natural light.
Less than 10mins walk to the beach and shops and bus at door.
Sharing with myself, 29yo female. I work full time, and play a lot of sports during the week. The other resident is my 7 month old (small) puppy. She is extremely friendly, house trained and spends majority of the time out and about with me
Flatmate would need to be clean and tidy, trustworthy and obviously a fan of dogs!
