My accommodation would suit females who are working or studying and like to feel comfortable and ‘at home’ in shared accommodation. My preferences are persons who are 18 years old and upwards. I offer short term or long term. I have had girls aged from 19 years and upwards who say that they were happy and felt at ease with the friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the house. It is a low set concrete block home in a quiet, safe area, located 5 minutes drive from the Willows Shopping Centre in Kirwan. The rooms are equipped with fans and built-in wardrobes with mirrored sliding doors. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and cupboard space for your food etc, laundry facilities and a large pleasant, furnished lounge area with TV/DVD player is available for your needs. I am a mature female, yet young at heart, who is a non-smoker, easy going, clean and tidy with a happy nature and a positive attitude. I have at present, a 20 year old employed female, staying long term. I have 1 young employed Korean female short term who leaves at the end of May...both non smokers, clean, tidy and of a quiet friendly nature. I do have a lot of time and respect for young people, as I was young once! My accommodation is semi attached to the main house. If you do not have a vehicle, the bus stop is very close. A bus, which runs hourly to and from the Hospital, is only a stone throw from the University.
