Hi! We have a bedroom available to rent in our modern, 4 bedroom house in Redbank Plains. We are a male/female couple, and currently have another couple living with us for a period of 4 months - after that you would most likely be sharing with us and one other person. We are all clean, tidy and quiet :) House is fully furnished, except for the room available (a single bed is available on request). The $130 p/w includes rent, electricity & gas and high speed broadband internet with unlimited downloads. We believe in sharing housework fairly and equally between all housemates to keep the place looking good :)
