We have a modern house located on a hilltop in the up-market Observatory Suburb. It is minutes away from Varsity Train Station, the Motorway to Brisbane and 20 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and the neighbours are all mild mannered and friendly. It’s also located close to Robina Town Centre and only 10 minutes from the beach. Burleigh is 10 minutes away.
We have one unfurnished room available, so for someone who does have their own furniture this is ideal.
The kitchen is modern with a stone benchtop, gas stove, large walk-in pantry, stainless steel appliances and two mircowave ovens.
I have high speed internet available.

We're friendly, honest, like the odd beer, are sociable but not party animals and are looking for housemates that are at least similar. I enjoy keeping fit, don’t smoke (don’t mind if you do) and love the beach.
My current flatmate is in her late thirties and is a pleasure to live with.
The number of flatmates is be limited to three in total which means we have one room left.
