We are a couple in our 50's and have a luxury, almost new, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with several entertaining areas and are looking to share with another person. The house is in The Observatory, Reedy Creek and a car would be beneficial. Only 5 minutes to the Varsity Lakes railway station (direct access to Brisbane) 5 minutes to Robina and 8 minutes to Burleigh Beach.
We have a choice of rooms available and you may even want your own louge room, no problem. The studio room has its own ensuite, own front door and patio and private access to the pool and outdoor entertaining area.
Across the road is reserve with koalas and kangaroos, so a very peaceful area.
We are looking to share our home with the right person. May suit a quiet student at Bond University.
