GAY or Bi-guy wanted to share fully furnished luxury & airconditioned 2 storey villa with Jacuzzi/Spa living in downstairs SHARED Master Bedroom with shared KINGSIZE bed, with ensuite bathroom and separate toilet. Great lounge area adjoining the Master Bedroom.

As a student I need to halve my rent $200, hence half is $100pw each plus quarter elect/gas/water. This is not an advert for a sexual partner!!!!

There are two others living upstairs, with their own lounge and bathroom, that work from 6am to 9pm. They mainly just sleep here, and wont disturb you, but are great guys.

BUS 98 goes to Bentley & FremantleTAFE & UWA, CURTIN & Murdoch Universities. Victoria Park Railway Station is close by to Joondalup/Perth/Fremantle. Also BUS 37 goes to AIRPORT & Perth every 15-20 minutes [and Belmont Forum].

I attend Murdoch University during the week, usually gone by 9am or earlier and back by 6ish. HAPPY to give a lift to and from some of the above Universities.
