Hi I'm Julie, I. I have one room available at a separate end of the house where three boarders share a bathroom, for an extra $40 per week (ie $180p.w) there is a master bedroom with an ensuite and a built in wardrobe.. There is a large separate fridge and you can have full use of the kitchen. There is a large lounge room and an outdoor BBQ entertainment area you are also welcome to use. I have two small white fluffy puppies who have low allergy coats. There are TV aerials in each room, wireless internet, laundry and kitchen facilities. It is a short ride or 25 minute walk to Bond University Easy T Centre and Robina Town Centre are much closer. We welcome people from all cultures and look forward to sharing our home with you.
