The house is an executive style home set on 1 acre with swimming pool, workshop, air con. it is fully furnished, close to public transport and would suit a professional. I will only share with non- smokers please. I don't mind the odd party or two but definately no party animals please. You must be able to maintain a clean enviroment and be able to clean up after yourself.
I lead a quiet lifestyle during the week and play in a band in my spare time so there is usually a guitar hanging around somewhere. I have two great kids that stay with me every second week, they are no problem and very social.
