We are looking for a FEMALE to rent our spare room. $200 per week. Includes electricity and ADSL2 wi-fi. Fully furnished federation-style house with massive bedrooms and high ceilings. Your room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed and includes a computer, flat screen tv (if you require it) and huge built in wardrobe. Located on nice leafy street. Big verandah with outdoor furniture, bbq and medium sized backyard. 10 minute walk to centre of Chatswood, 10 minute walk to North Shore train line (15-20 minute trip to city), direct bus to Chatswood. Who we are looking for (please read carefully): . - Female ****NON-SMOKER**** - Confident - ****HONEST**** - Outgoing - Clean - Steady income (i.e able to cover their share of rent) - Conversational English (at least!) - Organised - Dog lover (or at least willing to experiment!) and most importantly: - SENSE OF HUMOUR!

Short term stays (a couple of months) are preferred. Unfortunately we cannot accept any more pets.
