Firstly a bit about myself, my name is Darren, I'm 21, currently studying at Monash University and work part-time with a private Healthcare company. Love my sport, staying fit and healthy, music/movies, having a laugh, spending time with friends/family etc..
I've got 2 rooms available at my house in Rowville. One room is fully furnished (pictured) and the other room is completely unfurnished, however both are exactly the same in size and have double wardrobes with full size mirrors. You'll also have your own private bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet etc.) which I know ladies will appreciate! Another pretty decent bonus is that you'll have free/unlimited access to a pool/sauna/spa/gym complex (literally a 2min walk) that is exclusive to residents of the Sovereign Manors estate. If you've got a car, there's always a spare spot in the driveway and also an additional parking bay.
My biggest and probably only requirement is that I actually get a long with my housemate. If anyone is interested, I would love to have a chat over a coffee or beer (whatever your into) somewhere neutral just to say hello and to see if we're compatible before agreeing to anything!
Ideally looking for $200 per week (happy to negotiate), which will include all bills (water, gas, electricity, foxtel, ADSL2+/wifi modem etc.).
