hi. we have a double+single furnished rooms to rent out with use of a pool. $180 for the double room and $150 for the single bills+wi fi included, we have 2 large living area's so plenty of room if you want to be on your own.we are 2mins from runaway bay shopping centre and bus station,10mins from southport 20mins walk to paradise point beach 7kg to hope island .we are at work in the day and at home most evenings.we are a easy going and enjoy meeting up with friends and having a few beers we keep a nice home and would like someone the same who likes and looks after a nice home.
