The rooms for you are fully furnished with king single beds & mattresses, bedsides, desks & chairs, sofa, carpet floor and large built-in wardrobes. The rooms are all very large.
The house is very nice and clean. It's very closed to Runcorn Plaza where includes Coles, Bus(150, 155, 156, 152, etc.) and other shops there. It's very closed to Runcorn Railway Station and easy to access to Motorways as well. It's suitable for someone who works or studies in City, Southbank, Garden City, Sunnybank, EMP, and surroundings. It's very convenient to go everywhere in Brisbane includes Gold Coast by driving or publice transport.
* 30 sec driving to Coles, Runcorn Railway Station;
* Walk to shops and all public transport stations (Bus and Train Stations).
* Around 20/30 min Bus/Train to City or Southbank;
* Easy to access to Motorways: 15 min driving to CBD & Southbank; 30 min driving to the Airports: 45 min driving to
Gold Coast;
* 5 - 15min driving to Garden City, Sunnybank, Sunnybanks hills, Underwood, Springwood, etc;

We are from Asian countries(China, Taiwan and Malaysia). Two working person and two students (who are going back to China soon). We are all very nice, friendly and quiet. We'd like to meet people from diffferent nationality for more fun. We are looking for someone who is self-trained and loves nice and clean house.
