I have a three bedroom highset unit that currently has two bedrooms vacant. The unit is fully furnished with all required appliances etc.
Bedroom 1 is a single sized room with double robes, fully screened with a ceiling fan. It currently has a single bed/mattress and desk.
Bedroom 2 is slightly bigger and would be able to accomodate either a double or queen sized bed. Once again it has double robes fully screened with a ceiling fan.
This unit is walking distance to a local shopping centre and primary school and very close to the Logan Hyperdome. It has bus stops less than 100mtrs either way from the front door.
I can only offer 1 car park as I use the lockup garage on a full time basis.
I would prefer working tenants with a reliable and honest history of previous tenancies.
You will be required to pay a bond equal to two weeks rent and one weeks rent in advance.
You will be required to provide your own food, bedding, eating & cooking utensils, linen etc and participate in the ongoing upkeep and cleaning of the common areas (ie bathroom, toilets, kitchen, laundry, dining, lounge room, outdoor areas) etc as well as your own bedroom.
