Preferred room and flatmate description
We live in a 2-year-old house in the Bellflower Estate, close to the University, shops and public transport. The room available has a wardrobe and fan, with a bed available if needed. The kitchen, living area and bathroom are shared, but with a lounge room, dining area, sunroom, activities room and office it doesn’t get too crowded! Parking is available and we have a small backyard.
Three current housemates, Christian, non-smokers, who love to laugh and have a good time. Interested in music, travel, movies, walks, cooking and more… We believe in building a community household, sharing cleaning (floors, bathroom, etc) as well as each cooking one night a week for each other. We are neat and tidy and are looking for someone similar.
We have two small dogs, one a year old and the other 3 months. They are lots of fun, very friendly and full of life.
Bond is $300, and then rent is $125 per week. Additional expenses include Broadband Internet, phone and electricity.
