Hunting for some young, easy going, tidy, trustworthy housemates to live in a newly renovated two story house. Great area, right near the motorway so 15 mins to the the City, 30mins to Surfers Paradise. Very close to shops and Griffith Uni. All new paint inside, New kitchen, floors have just been polished and all new furniture ( bedrooms can be furnished or unfurnished), built in wardrobes each room, fans in all rooms, AC in lounge. I live downstairs so upstairs is all yours, only one bathroom though. MUST have a CAR, bus stop at the front but unreliable. Large yard so off street parking available. MUST be ok with DOGS, there are two large breeds here, friendly and outside only. I'm a 23 year old single guy and the owner of the house. I work full time as a tradesman and my bedroom is on the ground level so you wouldn't see me all the time but still would like social housemates. I'm easygoing, respectful, not a party animal but enjoy a drink now and again. Students and Travellers welcome.
