Our beautiful new, modern home, situated in Southport has 7 large bedrooms, and plenty of free space, with a beautiful in ground pool that is lovely for cooling down on those hot days. It is situated in walking distance to Griffith University and is just minutes by bus or car to Australia fair, Surfers paradise, Harbor Town etc.
All house mates we currently are living with get along extremly well, aged between 21-28, all studying or working full time.
Our home is secured behind gates, so you can feel safe and secure, with a beautiful park at our back yard where you will be able to enjoy quiet time, exercise and sports. Your room will consist of a double bed, study desk and you will have wireless internet access.
For the weekly price 220 the room will be furnished (unless you request otherwise) all of your Bills will be covered, including both internet and austar.... as well as all your food expenses. (I find this can sometimes work easier in a shared household).
