15min walk to the heart of Surfer's Paradise and 5min drive to Australia Fair/Southport. Our place is quite and very clean. It is a great place to live and very convenient, a rarity! Close to bus stop (2min), large shopping centre & supermarket and Gold Coast Arts Centre (10min walk).
