Hello we are a fun lovely easy going couple living in a big house looking for a flat mate. Please don't judge us because we are a couple because we are not your average couple. We have lived with heaps of people before and it has worked out just fine. The house is quite big and we have one student upstairs and another girl downstairs in the granny flat.
Our house is in central Southport 100m walk to public transport, 10 minute walk to Griffith Uni and the Gold Coast Hospital, or 2 minute bus ride. The house is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house with large balcony, pool, backyard, fantastic kitchen and air con. The room is a single room, that can be either furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. Shared bathroom & toilet with communal kitchen.
We take pride in keeping our house well maintained and clean and expect our new flatmate to do the same, we are both very social people, but also like our quiet time. We are both employed full time and like a bit of R&R on the weekend. We are normal, easy going and un-complicated and looking for a similar flatmate, we hate drama and are looking to make a new friend and have a laugh and some fun along the way.
Rent is $130 per week inc electricity
