House is located within 15 minutes’ easy walking distance to Springvale Central (cheap markets and restaurants) and Springvale Train Station. Springvale Road Bus stops are a 2 minute walk away (Bus to Glen Waverley, Doncaster, Nunawading, Chelsea). Coles Springvale and the “spaghetti junction” are also within walking distance. House is 4 bedrooms, and is located in an area convenient for Monash University students or other mature, responsible people. 902 bus to Wellington Road then 900, 804 or 862 bus to Monash Uni takes about 20 minutes. To get to Moorabbin Airport, you would take the 811 bus from the Springvale shops, then the 828 bus from Dingley to the airport.
If you are looking for clean quiet accommodation in the areas of Clayton, Oakleigh or Mulgrave you may want to also consider this.
Each room contains a bed, large modern built-in wardrobes, lockable door, a study/computer desk, lamp, bookshelf and chair.
The property has 1 bathroom with bath/shower, 2 toilets, gas cooktop, ducted heating, air conditioning in living room, security grilles, backyard and frontyard.
You will have use of half a small fridge/freezer as well as the washing machine and other appliances. Internet/telephone is not included in the price but I would consider setting something up if I can get a couple of good tenants who will stay around. Good 3G/mobile coverage in this spot.
No smoking in the house but outside is no problem at all.
You will be sharing the property with the owner and up to two other people. We are only looking for responsible, clean, tidy, hard-working, happy, respectful and respectable people. If you are not past the weekly drinking, partying, clubbing and not cleaning up after yourself or not paying rent on time stage then please understand that this home will not suit you. If you take any type of drugs or even look like you do, I do not want to live with you. Sorry to be so blunt, but surely it’s better to be up-front! Applicants who are looking for a 3+ month stay are preferred.
