I have a large, executive style house in a quiet,elevated street in Rochedale South with a double carport. The house has a pleasant garden and good indoor and outdoor common areas. These include a cosy loungeroom, a dining room, a huge kitchen/living room which flows out to the undercover patio with views- a great place to relax and socialise with a wine or beer at the end of the day with the other housemates, or read on the sunlounge. The fully-equipped kitchen (with Bosch dishwasher) makes cooking a breeze and a big laundry exits to a sheltered, sunny lawn.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed (and linen), bedside table, TV (with antenna jack), built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. Bills are included for $180 a week. . It is close to Springwood shops, restaurants, Lions AFL Club and bus station and is 15 minutes by car to Brisbane CBD.
