I have a room available in Springwood (south of Brisbane) for $150 per week with all expenses (electricity, internet, water, pool maintenance etc) covered in the price. The room can be provided either furnished or unfurnished (price is the same). The furniture I can provide includes a single or double bed (your choice), desk, chair and reading light. The room has an inbuilt wardrobe.
The house has been fully renovated, has air-conditioning, a pool, a pool table, maintained gardens, is fully furnished and has broadband internet.
There are currently three people living here, myself (22, male), another 22 year old male and a 19 year old female. The house has 5 rooms so there is still plenty of room for another person.
We are looking for someone who can clean up after themselves, is fairly quiet during the week but then doesn't mind having a few people around and a couple of drinks on the weekend.
